Senior preconstruction Manager to manage estimating activities for large scale glazing contractor and fabricated material supplier. Experience in larger scale glazing industry with eastern U.S. and / or national exposure. Working with unitized systems and high rise construction. Knowledge of competition, industry products, market use, and ability to forecast opportunity. A hands on as well as supervisory position. Experience in developing and negotiating larger contracts with large GCs and developers. Desire to work with experienced team. Technical, motivated, high energy candidates are encouraged.

Knowledge of software tools.
