We’re seeking a motivated Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects from takeoff to completion. This role blends technical estimating skills with customer service and project coordination, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and responsibility.
You’ll work directly with homeowners, contractors, and our installation team to ensure every project is quoted accurately, scheduled efficiently, and executed to Top Pro Glass standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate material and labor estimates for shower doors, mirrors, and residential glass projects.
Perform takeoffs from drawings, site measurements, and customer specifications.
Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and provide recommendations.
Source glass, hardware, and materials; obtain supplier quotes and manage orders.
Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and work orders.
Coordinate with installation crews to ensure quality and timeline adherence.
Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Track change orders, materials usage, and project closeouts.

Qualifications
Required:
2+ years of experience in glass, glazing, or construction estimating/project management
Strong knowledge of shower enclosure systems, glass types, and hardware
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, or estimating software (e.g., GlassManager, BidClips, Quick Bid)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Experience managing small to medium glass projects from bid to install
Understanding of CAD drawings or digital takeoff tools
Familiarity with both residential and light commercial glazing
