The Role:
Take charge of our single-family installation business in this key senior executive role. You’ll lead and expand operations, overseeing sales, marketing, quality control, and brand development for our Single-Family Installations division. With a focus on growth into new Pacific Northwest markets, you'll drive innovation, enhance service excellence, and push for market dominance. Your mission? Core Accountabilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing support and mentorship, and cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Business Growth & Expansion:Strategically drive the expansion into new markets, including the Pacific Northwest, by identifying opportunities, implementing growth strategies, and optimizing branch performance.
Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute cutting-edge sales and marketing strategies to boost brand presence, drive revenue growth, and maintain a competitive edge in the single-family installations market.
Consumer Experience & Quality: Ensure exceptional consumer experiences and uphold the highest standards of installation quality by refining processes and continuously improving service delivery.
Process Optimization: Oversee and enhance operational processes to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives.
Strategic Vision & Execution: Set and communicate a clear strategic vision for the business unit, aligning operational plans with long-term company goals and driving innovation and market differentiation.
Financial Performance: Monitor financial metrics, analyze performance data, and make strategic decisions to enhance profitability, challenge existing practices, and ensure fiscal responsibility.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and key partners, to drive alignment and support for strategic objectives.
Cultural Leadership: Champion and model the company’s values, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes respect, collaboration, and integrity across all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Single Family Installations is an experienced and passionate executive who has a proven track record of leading businesses to surpass their financial milestones. You are the core point of accountability, embracing responsibility and ensuring the buck starts and stops with you. Deeply motivated by the end consumer experience, you always keep customers as your north star. You excel in sales and marketing within a B2C environment, tying strategies back to the consumer. Your exceptional leadership, emotional intelligence, and empathy inspire teams and build strong relationships. With strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, you drive innovation and continuous improvement, adapting to change while keeping the company competitive and forward-thinking.
Advanced Degree: An advanced degree in business, engineering, or a related field is required, with additional certifications or training in leadership and management being highly desirable.
Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles, demonstrating the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with a focus on mentoring and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
Strategic Planning: At least 10 years of experience in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and align with organizational goals.
Operational Excellence: Strong background with 10+ years in optimizing processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring high standards of quality and service.
Geographic Expansion: Proven experience in successfully expanding business operations into new geographies, particularly within the Pacific Northwest.
Franchise Model Development: Experience in developing and implementing a scalable, franchise-like model for business expansion is advantageous.
Where is the job located?
This role can be based out of Langley or Calgary. Regular travel to all locations both existing and future will be required.
