The Key Account Manager directs and oversees key accounts, sales and business development activities for the Trelleborg Sealing Profiles business. Driving profitable growth within the North American Building & Construction market and within residential window and door applications. Works closely with Customer Service, Product Development, Operations and Supply Chain teams to properly serve our customers. Works with Sales and Product Development teams to prioritize and commercialize new products that help our customers and Trelleborg accelerate growth. Responsible for identifying and developing new business growth opportunities through existing customers, new customer development, and strategic expansion into adjacent products, materials, capabilities and/or market segments. Reports to the Sales Director.
Key performance metrics are to achieve targeted sales growth and profitability goals.

Education: BS/BA University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business or equivalent experience.
Minimum three (3) years industrial materials sales and/or account management experience
Preferred three (3) years of experience working in the residential window segment.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Experience in developing and implementing sales, marketing and operating budgets to support company objectives
Must have excellent people management skills
Experience in using CRM system
Must have demonstrated strong communication (verbal & written), negotiation, and leadership skills.
