| An established and growing Window and Door Manufacturer is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Territory Manager for the North East quadrant of the US. Candidate must have a proven record of success in developing, maintaining and growing B2B sales in the specified territory. |
Key Accountabilities: • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential dealers. • Manage territory by adding new qualified accounts on an annual basis. • Develop existing accounts. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals. • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolves customer concerns through investigation and interaction with Customer Service Representatives; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Document and maintains sales records on territory and customer sales Knowledge and Experience: • Ability to generate sales leads, • Experience with sales prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing skills • Prior experience with Territory Management and B2B sales. • Established knowledge of replacement window and sunroom products, installation and service.

Compensation: • Base salary plus commission • Company paid expenses. • Comprehensive benefit package
